Your Account Menu

When you’re logged in, a personalized menu appears giving you quick access to everything in your account. From here, you can manage your profile, review job matches, track applies, and control your job search preferences — all without leaving the platform.

Profile

Your profile is how employers and the platform understand who you are. Keep your specialty, credentials, experience, and availability up to date. A complete profile improves your visibility and helps surface better job matches.

Preferences

Set your job search preferences to tell employers and Ethesia what you’re looking for. Adjust preferred location, job type, specialty, and other criteria so your experience on the map stays relevant to your search.

Oh, and the type of alerts you would like to receive from Ethesia.

Match Jobs

Jobs matched to your profile and preferences appear here. When a role aligns with your credentials and criteria, it surfaces automatically — no searching required.

Job matches are also emailed.

Saved Jobs

Any job you’ve saved while browsing the map will appear here for easy reference. Come back to review, compare, or submit a Quick Apply or bulk applies when you’re ready.

Hidden Jobs

Jobs you’ve chosen to hide won’t appear in your map view. You can review or manage hidden jobs from here if your preferences change.

Applies

A record of every Quick Apply you’ve submitted. Track which roles you’ve reached out about and follow the status of each one in one organized view.
