Your inquiry message is your first impression. Keep it professional but personable:

  • Keep it concise: A few sentences is usually enough

  • Mention why you're interested: Is it the location? The schedule? The organization?

  • Highlight relevant experience: Briefly mention your specialty and years of experience

  • Ask a question: This encourages a response and starts the conversation

Example message:

"Hi, I'm a CRNA with 5 years of experience, currently looking for full-time opportunities in the area. I'm particularly interested in this position because of the flexible scheduling. I'd love to learn more about the team and call requirements. Looking forward to hearing from you!"
