Payment Methods Accepted

Ethesia uses Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor, to handle all transactions securely.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

All payments are processed in USD.

Billing Cycles

Choose the billing frequency that works best for you:

  • Monthly: Pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment

  • Annual: Pay once per year and save 20% on your subscription

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your Billing settings.

Managing Your Payment Method

To add or update your payment method:

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Click on "Billing" in the navigation menu

  3. Select "Payment Methods"

  4. Add a new card or update your existing one

Your default payment method will be used for all subscription renewals and one-time purchases (like job sponsorships).

Invoices and Receipts

After each payment, you'll receive an email receipt from Stripe. You can also view your full billing history and download invoices from the Billing section of your account.

Payment Security

Your payment information is protected by industry-leading security:

  • PCI Level 1 Compliant: Stripe maintains the highest level of payment security certification

  • 256-bit Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

  • We Never Store Card Details: Your full card number is never stored on Ethesia's servers — it goes directly to Stripe
