Your Messages
All your conversations with employers happen in one place. To access your messages:
Click the Messages icon in the navigation menu
You'll see a list of all your conversations with employers
Click on any conversation to view the full message history
Sending Messages
To reply to an employer:
Open the conversation you want to respond to
Type your message in the text box at the bottom
You can also attach files if needed (like your resume or certifications)
Press Enter or click Send to deliver your message
Employers are notified instantly when you send a message, so responses are typically quick!
Managing Conversations
Use the search bar to find specific conversations by employer name. Unread messages are highlighted so you never miss an important reply.
Saving Jobs
Found a job you want to come back to? Save it!
How to Save a Job
While viewing any job listing, look for the heart icon
Click it to save the job to your list
Click it again to remove from saved jobs
Viewing Your Saved Jobs
Go to your Dashboard
Click on Saved Jobs
Here you'll see all the jobs you've saved, organized by date
Bulk Actions
From your Saved Jobs page, you can:
Send inquiries to multiple jobs at once β great for casting a wide net
Remove jobs you're no longer interested in
Hide jobs to clean up your list without losing them completely
Tracking Your Inquiries
Want to see all the jobs you've inquired about? Go to your Dashboard and click on Inquiries. Here you can:
See every job you've expressed interest in
Check if employers have responded
Quickly jump back into conversations
Pro Tips
Check messages regularly: Employers appreciate quick responses
Save jobs before you forget: If you're browsing on mobile, save interesting jobs to review later on desktop
Keep your profile updated: When employers receive your inquiry, they see your profile β make sure it's current!
