Found a job you're interested in? Sending a Quick Apply is the first step to connecting with the employer. Here's how it works.

What is a Quick Apply?

A Quick Apply is your way of expressing interest in a position β€” think of it as raising your hand to say "I'm interested, let's talk."

When you apply, the employer receives your message along with your profile information, and a conversation thread is created so you can communicate directly.

How to send a Quick Apply

  1. Find a job you're interested in and click to view the details

  2. Click the "Quick Apply" button on the job detail panel

  3. Write a brief message introducing yourself and expressing your interest

  4. Optionally attach your resume if you haven't already uploaded one to your profile

  5. Click "Send" β€” that's it!

What happens next?

After your Quick Apply:

  • The employer receives an email notification about your apply

  • A conversation thread is created in your Messages

  • The employer can view your profile and respond directly through Ethesia

  • You'll receive a notification when they reply

Most employers respond within a few days. You can check the status of your applies anytime from your dashboard.
