Using the Interactive Map
Our map-based search is what makes Ethesia unique. You can:
Zoom and pan to explore jobs in specific areas
Click on clusters (circles with numbers) to see jobs in that area
Click individual markers to view job details instantly
This visual approach lets you find jobs exactly where you want to work — down to specific neighborhoods or regions.
Using Search Filters
Refine your search with these powerful filters:
Profession: Select your specialty (Anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nurse Practitioner, etc.) to see only relevant positions.
Location: Search by city, state, or region. You can also draw on the map to define a custom search area.
Job Type: Filter by position type — Full Time, Part Time, Locum Tenens, PRN, or Contract.
Keywords: Search for specific terms in job titles or descriptions, like "sign-on bonus" or "no call".
Viewing Job Details
When you find an interesting position:
Click on the job card to open the full details panel
Review the job description, requirements, and compensation
See information about the employer and their other openings
Click "Inquire" to express your interest (more on this in the next article)
Tips for Better Results
Start broad, then narrow down: Begin with just your profession, then add location and other filters
Try different keywords: If you're looking for specific perks, search for them directly
Explore the map: Sometimes the best opportunities are in places you hadn't considered
Save jobs you like: Click the heart icon to save jobs for later review
